Our Team

This Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio is a local business, independently owned and operated since 2003 by Madison-native Sally Hanson.
Sally has used Merle Norman products for more than 40 years and is adamant about her daily Merle routine!
Sally manages the store with her sister, Diane, who has 40 years of customer service experience. Diane celebrates her 19th anniversary with the Merle Norman East Towne studio in January 2024!
Both Sally and Diane are carefully trained in the latest skin care and makeup application techniques and dedicated to helping you select the products that are right for you. Their long-term commitment to personalized service and Merle Normanï¾’s philosophy of "Try Before You Buy" is your assurance of satisfaction. They make this easy by offering complimentary hydrating facials and makeup lessons from their one-of-a-kind facial station, allowing you to experience the products on your skin.
Together, Sally and Diane strive to build and maintain positive long-term relationships with their customers. It is their mission to enhance women's lives through Merle Norman beauty products, education and personalized service.
