About Us

Merle Norman at Haywood Mall is celebrating over 58 Years in business and 37 Years at Haywood Mall in Greenville, SC. Third generation owner, Elaine Finley, has continued the business her grandmother Beryl Hiller began in 1959. Elaine has worked alongside her grandmother, her mother, Joyce Hiller Tucker, and her daughter, Jessica Finley Carter, to make the Merle Norman at Haywood Mall continue to be the top mall studio in South Carolina. Elaine's forty nine years of experience with Merle Norman, giving personalized skin care instruction and makeovers, meeting with the beauty editors of the top fashion magazines in New York City, giving presentations in Los Angeles, NYC and throughout the country, gives her a unique understanding of the industry and of the importance of her customers' needs. She, her daughter Jessica and their staff have helped women discover their beauty and skin care needs with personalized makeovers. There really is a difference...

Elaine Finley, Jessica Carter and their carefully trained staff, Rebekah, Sarah, Catherine, Madison and Sara Kate are dedicated to helping you select the products that are right for you. This Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio is locally-owned and operated by Elaine T. Finley and Jessica Finley Carter.

Our staff consists of well-trained skin care specialists and beauty consultants who focus on your needs and help you create the makeup look that you want.
