This Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio opened in 2003 and is a local business, independently owned and operated. Owner, Rachelle Trefz is carefully trained and dedicated to helping you select the products that are right for you. Rachelle is a life long resident of Highland County and currently serves as President of the Hillsboro Uptown Business Association ( HUBA). Our long-term commitment to personalized service and a unique philosophy of "Try Before You Buy" is your assurance of satisfaction.
