Shannon Petty ï¾– Owner & CEO
With a love for our small-town community, and all things beauty, Shannon brings warmth, skill, and dedication to every aspect of Haven Merle Norman. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. Before following her passion for beauty, she worked as a dental hygienist for over 20 years. Her background in business and her nurturing approach fuel her commitment to quality care and exceptional service. Outside of work, Shannon has a green thumb and enjoys the outdoors while spending time with her shiatzu, (Lexie) daughter, (Sydney) and her beloved ï¾“pup grandkids.ï¾”

Jamie Goolsby ï¾– Beauty Consultant & Hairstylist
Jamie is our talented beauty consultant and hairstylist in our studio who loves being behind the chair and connecting with our customers. She obtained her cosmetology license in 2006. With a knack for style and a caring personality, Jamie has built lasting relationships with clients, helping each one feel like their best self. Sheï¾’s married with three kids and a morkie (Cami) who keep her life full of joy and laughter. Jamieï¾’s dedication to her craft and the Haven Merle Norman community shines through in every appointment.
